In this project, an addition has been made to an existing Single Family/Nursing Care Unit Residence. This addition consisted of two bedrooms to act as two residence units, with a hallway to the existing house and an emergency door to the outside ramp

The new addition has been made as an extension to the existing house to be matched with the original design for the house and the existing ramp. This addition was made based on the North Carolina state Building code and the International Building Code, Design, Structural and MEP work has been all done according to the North Carolina State Building Code by MR Engineering Ltd.
